Common questions.
Ordering
How do the school and team stores work?
Each school, team and group has its own store. When a store is open, find it on Shop Our Stores, order online and pay at checkout. Between orders a store is hidden; to open yours again, ask us on the quote form.
Can you make something custom?
Yes: shirts, hoodies, embroidery, stickers and buttons. Send us what you want, how many, the sizes and when you need it on the quote form.
Do I see my design before you make it?
Yes. We send you a proof, and we only make it once you approve it.
I don't have a design yet. Can you help?
Yes, we'll design it with you. You can also try Start your design to play with an idea first.
Can you come to our game or event?
Yes. It's part of our complete fan package: your apparel line, on-site sales at your games and events, plus buttons and stickers. Ask about a fan package.
Fundraisers
How does a fundraiser work?
There's no upfront cost and very little work for your group: you advertise, using the emails, posters and texts we provide, and we take care of the rest. Pick one of two ways to run it: an on-demand event, where we sell at your game or event, or an online order campaign, where your group gets its own store with an order deadline.
What can we sell?
Shirts and hoodies in your designs (see the colors and sizes above), plus fundraiser buttons and stickers.
How much does our group raise?
Your group earns a set amount on every item sold:

Send us your group, what you're raising money for and when you want orders to close on the quote form.
Pickup, shipping & returns
Can I return or exchange something?
Orders are made custom. If something is wrong, we'll talk through the options with you, but for the most part items are non-refundable.

Send it on the quote form. It's the same form for questions and orders.
