Your info, kept simple.

SimplyUs Shirts is a family-owned custom apparel shop in Algona, Washington. This policy covers simplyusshirts.com: our online stores, forms and design tool. "We" and "us" means SimplyUs Shirts.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, what you bought, and any name you ask us to print.
• When you pay: payments go through Squarespace's checkout (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay). We never see or store your full card number.
• When you fill out a form (a quote, a question, or a store or fundraiser request): what you type in, such as your name, email, phone, school or team, and the details of your project, plus any file you attach.
• When you send a fan photo: the photo, the names and school or team you tell us, and whether we may share it.
• When you browse: Squarespace, which runs our site, uses cookies so your cart and checkout work, and collects basic visit statistics such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. We don't use advertising trackers.
• Start your design: your design stays in your own browser. We only receive it if you send it to us on the quote form.

How we use it

• To make, deliver and support your order, including proofs and pickup or shipping details.
• To answer your questions and send you quotes.
• To run school, team, fundraiser and business stores. If you order through one, we may share what's needed to get the order to you (for example, your name and the items for a team pickup) with that group's organizer.
• To keep records we need for taxes and accounting.
• To send you news or offers, only if you sign up for them. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the shop: Squarespace (our website, checkout and email), its payment processing, and shipping carriers when we ship to you. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Fan photos and kids

We only post fan photos you say we can share. If kids are in a photo, it should come from their parent or guardian. Want a photo taken down? Tell us and we'll remove it.

Our site is meant for parents, coaches, schools and other adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you think a child sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as we need them for the business and for tax and accounting rules. Quote requests and photos are kept while they're useful to you or us, and deleted on request when we're able to.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we need to keep it to finish an order or for legal records. You can also block cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout may stop working.

Keeping it safe

Our site uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and payments are handled by Squarespace's checkout. No website can promise perfect security, but we only keep what we need.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
